1. How do I find out the cost and delivery time?

2. How to track the order?
The status of the shipment can be tracked on our website on the main page in the Track cargo section. To do this, enter the invoice number (indicated on the invoice under the barcode).
 
3. How do I get access to my Personal Account?
Service "Personal Account" is connected to the client after the conclusion of the contract. To get access, you need to contact an employee of the call center or your personal manager.
Personal accountand this allows you to calculate the cost of sending online, place an order to call a courier, track the shipment, as well as use other options related to delivery.

4. What is volumetric weight?
The volumetric weight allows you to get an idea of the place (volume) that this cargo will occupy during transportation.
The cost of shipments is calculated by volume weight if it exceeds the actual one. The bulk weight of the shipment is calculated based on the size of its packaging according to the formulas:
For a box, volumetric weight (kg) = (length (cm) x width (cm) x height (cm)) / 5000.
For a roll, volumetric weight (kg) = (Circle area (cm2) x Height (cm)) / 5000. Circle area = R2, where R is the radius of the circle (cm),= 3.14.
 
5. What is dangerous cargo?
Dangerous cargo is a category of shipments that, as a result of transportation, may harm the health or life of people and/or the environment. For the dispatch of dangerous goods, it is required to provide and fill out special documentation, as well as, in most cases, the availability of specialized packaging. To get advice / registration of sending dangerous goods, you need to contact an employee of the call center or your personal manager. The service is provided after the conclusion of the contract.
 
6. Do you pack shipments?
Yes.
The shipment must be delivered packed according to the nature of the attachment, so we provide envelopes and packages for later use when sending.
To prevent unauthorized access, we recommend using our specialized envelopes with flaps and adhesive strip.
The Courier Service Express company provides envelopes and standard packages free of charge at the conclusion of the Contract.
You can also additionally order corrugated boxes, packages and other packaging for dimensional shipments for a fee from the manager of the company.
Information about the packaging must be reported to the call center employee when placing an order, as well as indicated in the "Note" column in the invoice.
 
7.How to insure the cargo?
The insurance service is provided after the conclusion of the Contract.
Payment for insurance (insurance premium) is 0.5% of the insured amount and includes the insurance premium of the Insurer and the remuneration of the Contractor for the services provided for the registration of insurance documents. The sum insured is understood to be the value of the shipment attachment declared by the Client, while the declared value of the attachment should not exceed its actual value. When transferring an insured shipment for delivery, the Sender must properly fill out Section 4 of the address form (waybill) and hand over documents confirming the actual cost of the express shipment attachment.

8. How to issue an invoice correctly?

9. Is it possible to send with payment by the recipient?
Sending with payment by the recipient is possible only from a legal entity in the presence of a contract or by providing a letter of guarantee. The sample is posted on the website in the Useful Information section.
 
10. What goods are prohibited for transportation?
